ÖZET
Amaç: Nadir görülen bir herpes gestasyones olgusunun sunumu. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: F.Ü. Tıp Fakültesi Dermatoloji, Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalları. Materyel ve Metod: 20 haftalık gebe, gövde ve ekstremitelerindeki kaşıntılı döküntüler sebebiyle dermatoloji polikliniğine gönderildi. Bulgular: Özellikle göbek çevresinde daha yoğun olmak üzere karında kaşıntılı polisiklik ürtiker benzeri papül ve plaklar vardır. Benzer lezyonlar sırtta, göğüste ve ekstremitelerde de vardı. Histopatolojik bulgular herpes gestasyones ile uyumlu idi. Sonuç: Herpes gestasyones kaşıntı ve deri lezyonları ile karakterize gebeliğin nadir otoimmün bir hastalığıdır. Klinik olarak tanı konabilirse de histopatolojik ve immünopatolojik çalışmalarla tanı doğrulanabilir. Tedavide lokal yöntemler ve sistemik steroidler kullanılır. Kaşıntılı gebelik dermatozları arasında herpes gestasyones de hatırlanmalıdır.
ABSTRACT
Objective: To present a herpes gestationis case which is seen very rarely. Institution: Fırat University Medical Faculty, Departments of Dermatology, Obstetrics and Gynecology. Material and Methods: 20 weeks of gestational age pregnant was referred to dermatology clinic because pruritic eruptions on her trunk and extremities. Findings: There were itchy polycyclic urticarial papules and wheals on the abdomen, especially around the umblicus. Similiar lesions were presented over the chest, back and extremities symmetrically. Histopatologic results associated with herpes gestationis. Conclusion: Herpes gestationis is a rare autoimmune disease of pregnancy characterized by itching and skin lesions. The diagnosis can be suggested by clinical picture but in can be confirmed using histopathological and immunopathological studies. The treatment of choice is local measures and systemic corticosteroids. Herpes gestationis should be remembered among the pruritic dermatoses of pregnancy.
