ÖZET
Amaç: Nadir görülen bir uterus torsiyonu olgusunun sunumu. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Çukurova Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum AD, Adana. Materyel ve Metod: 32 haftalık gebe intrauterin ölü fetus nedeniyle kliniğimize gönderildi. Sezaryene karar verildi. Bulgular: Laparotomi esnasında uterusun kendi ekseni etrafında 720 derece dönmüş olduğu bulundu. Uterus ve overde hemorajik nekroz bulundu. Sonuç: Literatür gözden geçirildi ve uterin torsiyonda erken tanı tartışıldı.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To present an uterin torsion case which is seen very rarely. Institution: Çukurova University, Medical Faculty, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Material and Methods: 32 weeks of gestational age pregnant was referred because the diagnosis of intrauterine death fetus. Sectio cesarean was planned. Findings: During the operation we realized that the uterus was turned around its axis approximately 720 degree. Haemorrhagic necrosis was seen in uterus and ovarium. Conclusion: The literature was rewieved and the early diagnosis in uterin torsion had been discussed.
