ÖZET
12 hafta gebe bir hastada vaginal ultrason ve internet konsültasyonu ile teşhis edilen bir fetal cystic hygroma collii olgusu sunulmaktadır. Kistik higroma sıklıkla kromozomal ya da konjenital anomalilerle birlikte görülür. Dokuzuncu haftadan sonra vaginal ultrason ile tespit edilebilir.

ABSTRACT
A case of fetal cystic hygroma collii diagnosed at 12th. week of pregnancy with vaginal ultrasound and internet consultation is presented. Cystic hygroma is a sign suggestive of chromo-somal or congenital abnormalities. It can be diagnosed with vaginal ultrasound after the ninth week of pregnancy.
