ÖZET
Gebelikle ilişkili tromboembolik hastalık insidansı %0.13 olup, gelişmiş ülkelerde maternal morbidite ve mortalitenin önemli nedenidir. Derin venöz tromboz, olguların %90ından fazlasında sol alt ekstremitede ve proksimal venlerde gelişmektedir. Tedavi edilmeyen olguların dörtte biri pulmoner emboli ile sonuçlanmaktadır. Gebelik ve puerperal dönemde, serebral sinüs trombozu, pelvik tromboz ve kolda venöz tromboz tanısı konulan 3 olgu tartışıldı. Gebelik ve puerperiumda tromboz, tromboprofilaksi ve tromboembolik hastalıklarda tedavi literatür ışığında gözden geçirildi.
ABSTRACT
The overall incidence of venous thromboembolism is 0.13% in pregnancy and puerperium, and remains the leading direct cause of maternal morbidity and mortality in developed countries. In up to 90% of the cases thrombosis affect the left leg and in most patients the proximal veins are affected. One of the four untreated patients results with pulmonary embolism. Three cases of venous thromboembolism originating from cerebral sinus thrombosis, pelvic thrombosis and upper extremity thrombosis in pregnancy and puerperium are discussed. Thrombosis, thromboprophylaxis and treatments of thromboembolic diseases in pregnancy and puerperium are reviewed under the light of the current literature.
