ÖZET
Pre-eklamptik hastalarda hemoliz, anormal karaciğer fonksiyon testleri ve trombositopeni ile karakterize Hellp sendromu son yıllarda büyük ilgi çekmiştir. Multipl organ disfonksiyonuna yol açan bu komplikasyonun tedavisinde değişik yazarlar farklı yaklaşımlarda bulunmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada kliniğimizde tedavi gören 12 Hellp sendromlu olgu sunulmuştur. Bunlardan belirgin hipoproteinemi ve assit tespit edilen 5 olguda human albumin transfüzyonları ile süratli bir düzelme izlenmiştir. Hellp sendromunun tedavisindeki son görüşler tartışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
Pre-eclamptic patients complicated by hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelets; gathered great attention in the last years. Many authors have different opinions in the management of this obstetric complication with multipl organ disfunction. In this study we reported 12 cases of Hellp syndrome. In 5 cases with evident hipoproteinemia and assits, we administered human albumin transfusions and observed a quick improvement. The new concepts in the management of the Hellp syndrome are discussed.
