ÖZET
Amaç: OEIS kompleksi olgusunun prenatal tanısı ve prognozu gözden geçirilmiştir. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum AD. Olgu Sunumu: Gebeliğin ikinci trimestirinde ultrasonografik muayenede multipl fetal anomali belirlenen ve gebelikleri sonlandırılan iki olgu incelenmiştir. Bu fetüslerde omfalosel (O), mesane ekstrofisi (E), imperfore anüs (I), spinal defekt (S) saptandı.
ABSTRACT
Objective: It was reviewed the prenatal diagnosis and prognosis of OEIS complex. Institution: Dicle University Medical Faculty, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Case Report: Two cases of prenatally diagnosed multipl fetal anomalies by ultrasound in the second trimester and then terminated were examined. Both fetuses had omphalocele (O), extrophy of bladder (E), imperforate anus (I) and spinal defects (S). They represented the OEIS complex. The OEIS complex affects 1 in 200.000 to 400.000 pregnancies and is of unknown cause. Conclusion: An ultrasound diagnosis of OEIS complex should be followed by a careful search for other anomalies and by fetal karyotyping.
