ABSTRACT
Hydatidiform mole with co-existing live fetus is a rare entity. The management of a twin pregnancy combining a normal pregnancy with a normal fetus and a complete hydatidiform mole remains complex and controversial due to conflicting data from different parts of the world. In this article, five pairs of diagnosed a twin pregnancy with a complet mole hydatidiform prenatally during 2002-2007 were evaluated. In three cases, pregnancy have been terminated and one case have been delivered by cesarean section. One case have been ex due to cerebral embolism. Women should be counselled about the maternal and fetal complications, and if continuation of the pregnancy is desired careful monitoring by a perinatal team with experience in high-risk obstetrics and access to neonatal care is required.
