ÖZET
Feto maternal kan uyuşmazlığı dışındaki sebeplere bağlı nonimmün hidrops fetalis (NIHF), hidrops fetalisin (HF) en önemli sebebi olup, yüksek oranda fetal mortalite oranına sahiptir. Bu yazıda ultrasonografi ile teşhis ettiğimiz NIHF'li bir olgu anlatılarak literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.

ABSTRACT
NIHF due to causes other than feto-maternal blood incompatibility has become the more important cause of hydrops and has an extremely high mortality rate. In the present study a case of NIHF diagnosed by ultrasonography has been reported with a review of the literature.
