ÖZET
Giriş: Over yüzey papillomu, overin yüzey epitelinden köken alır ve ekzofitik olarak over yüzeyinden dışa doğru gelişir. Olgu Sunumu: Gazi Üniversitesi Hastanesinde, rutin menapoz tetkikleri sırasında sol overde kitle tesbit edilip laparotomi uygulanan hastada over yüzeyi papillomu saptandı. Hastanın en son 78. ayda yapılan USG ve fizik muayenelerinde nüks görülmedi. Sonuç: Over yüzey papillomu nadir görülür ve ayırıcı tanıları özellik arz eder. Bu antite, Türkçe literatürde bildirilen ilk olgudur.

ABSTRACT
Purpose: Surface papilloma of the ovary is a tumor of the surface epithelium of the ovary and grows on the ovarian surface. Case Report: Mass lesion was palpated in the left ovary of a postmenapousal woman admitted to Gazi University Hos-pital for her routine control. Surface papilloma was diag-nosed after laparotomy. There is no tumor recurrence at 78th month after surgery on USG and physical examination. Discussion: Surface papilloma of the ovary is a rare entity and needs to be differentiated. This entity is the first report in Turkish literature
