ÖZET
Amaç: Renal transplant hastalarının gebelik takibi ve doğum konusunun bir olgu nedeni ile literatür bilgilerinin ışığında gözde geçirilmesi. Çalışmanın Yapıldığı Yer: Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum AD, İzmir. Olgu Sunumu: Bir yıl önce spontan gebe kalan renal transplant hastası terme kadar takip edilmiş ve doğurtulmuştur. Sonuç: Bu hastalarda prognoz, multidisipliner bir takip ile semptomların erken tanı ve tedavisine dayanmaktadır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To review the literature about the management of pregnancy until term after renal transplantation. Institution: 9 Eylül University, School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Case Report: A renal transplant patient who had spontaneously become pregnant was followed-up till term and delivered succesfully. Conclusion: Prognosis depends on close monitoring and early recognition of symptoms and proper management.
