ÖZET
Amaç: RİA'nın serviko-vajinal kültür üzerine olumsuz etkileri olup olmadığını araştırmak. Çalışmanın yapıldığı yer: Fatih Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Ünitesi, Ankara. Materyel ve Metod: 18-45 yaş arasındaki 506 evli, tek eşli, kadın arasında yapıldı. 200 kadın kontrol grubu, 306 kadın RİA kullananlar arasından seçildi. İstatistik yöntem olarak student's t testi ve Chi-square (Pearson) kullanıldı. Bulgular: Normal vajen florası, kontrol grubunda %51, çalışma grubunda %39.2 olarak bulundu. Patolojik kültür sonucu: Kontrol grubunda, %49, çalışma grubunda %60.8 idi (p=0.009). RİA'sız olanlarda Gardrenella vajinalis %17.5, RİA'lılarda %11.76 idi (p=0.002). Candida, E.coli, Trikomonas vajinalis, mixt enfeksiyon açısından her iki grub arasında fark bulunamadı. RİA'nın takılı olduğu süre ve patolojik kültür sonucu arasında anlamlı fark yoktu. Sonuç: RİA, serviko-vajinal kültürde patolojik üreme üzerine etkilidir, ancak Gardrenella vajinalis üremesi üzerine olumsuz etkisi yoktur.
ABSTRACT
SUMMARY Objective: In order to search the negative effects on cervico-vaginal culture of IUD. Institution: This study was performed in Fatih University, School of Medicine Department of Ob.&Gyn. Ankara, Türkiye. Materials and Methods: There were totally 506 patients, of these 200 female patients were in the control group, 306 were in the group includes the female patients using IUD. The results were calculated using Student's T test and Chi-square (Pearson) test as a statistical method. Results: In the control group, normal vaginal flora was found to be 51%, but it was 39.2% in the study group. In the first group the pathological cultures was obtained from 49% of the patients but it was 60.8% in the study group (p=0.009). Gardnerella vaginalis was found to be positive in 17.5% of the patients who do not use IUD, but it was seen 11.76% of the using IUD (p=0.002). There was no difference between the two groups according to candida, E.coli, Trich.vaginalis, mixed infection. In addition to this, there was also no difference between the duration of IUD and the pathological culture. Conclusion: It is concluded that there is an effect of IUD on the pathological result in the cervico-vaginal culture, but no effect could be seen on the increasing of gardrenella vaginalis.
