ÖZET
Negatif smearli 226 olguda kolposkopik inceleme yapıldı. Anormal kolposkopik bulgusu olan 59 vakanın %22'sinde CIN saptandı. Buna karşın sadece gland opening ihtiva eden normal kolposkopik bulgulu 167'sinde ise %11.4 CIN tespit edildi. Ancak, Tip I ve Tip II gland opening'li vakaların tümünün benign olmasına karşın Tip III+Subtipi Sp ve Tip V gland opening olanlarda sırasıyla %45.4 ve %100 oranlarında CIN gözlendi. Buna göre Tip II ve üzeri gland opening tiplerinin anormal kolposkopik bulgular içerisinde değerlendirilmesinin yararlı olabileceği inancına varıldı.
ABSTRACT
Colposcopic examination were performed on 226 cases with negative smear. CIN was found with %22 of 59 cases with abnormal colposcopic findings, whereas CIN was observed on %11.4 of 167 cases with normal colposcopic findings just having gland opening. Although all the cases showing type I and type II gland openings were benign, CIN was observed on ones with type III+its subtype Sp and type V gland openings 45.4% and 100% respectively. Based on these data, we propose that type III and higher types of gland openings should be evaluated as abnormal colposcopic findings.
