ÖZET
İkizden ikize transfüzyon sendromu monokoryonik ikiz gebeliklerin %5 ile 10unda meydana gelir. Tedavi edilmediği takdirde önemli derecede perinatal morbidite ve mortalite ile sonuçlanır. Bu makale bu sendroma güncel yaklaşım ve tedavi seçeneklerini özetlemektedir.

ABSTRACT
Twin to twin transfusion syndrome occurs in 5% to 10% of monochorionic twin pregnancies. If it is not treated, it will result in significant perinatal morbidity and mortality. This paper gives a brief summary about the current approaches and treatment modalities in this syndrome.
