ABSTRACT
Neuroganglioma is a rare benign central nerve system tumour which originates from symphatic ganglion cells, and has a slow growth rate with well differantiation. This tumour is usually asymptomatic and are generally diagnosed accidentally. Neuroganglioma is encountered primarily in the juvenile and young adolescent period. This tumor has a slightly female predominancy. In this case report, we suggest that in these rare kinds of tumours which can be in various sizes and locations, all the lesions should be excised completely. Otherwise, we should be cautious of the fact that postoperative urological and gastrointestinal likewise complications can also be seen in these tumours. In this context we reviewed the relevant literature.
